Step 1. Download the data
Login to n2 and go to nGage Click on the Download AllAssured button to export all of your existing contacts on AllAssured into a CSV file.

Note: you will be able to use this same CSV file to import your contacts to Merlin
Step 2. Clean the data
You can review this contact list and remove those you don’t wish to import to Merlin At this point of time, you may also update your contact classifications. By default, all contacts downloaded from AllAssured will be auto-assigned as Clients (Type = C). If your client’s details on AllAssured are incomplete, you may see some of the columns as blank.

Step 3. Import to Merlin
Upload the same CSV file (from “Download AllAssured” button on nGage) to Merlin Go to Merlin’s People menu, click on Import People button, then upload the CSV file to Merlin

Note: Only contacts with a complete set of First Name, Email, Mobile No, DOB, AND Gender will appear under “Contacts” tab. Otherwise, it will appear under “Leads” tab.
Tips: When importing data into Merlin, it's recommended to do so in batches of 100 or fewer records at a time. This approach not only helps prevent errors but also makes it easier to track the number of records that have been successfully imported or rejected.
